Cognitive Acceleration Programmes Ltd is a Scottish-based company established in 1999. It specialises in supporting teachers in Scotland, England and Wales to develop approaches to the teaching of thinking skills, through the provision of high-quality professional development programmes and publishing. In particular it promotes the successful Cognitive Acceleration Model, based on the original research at King's College London in the late 1980's. It also provides consultancy to national bodies, Local Education Authorities and schools.
